The Pennsylvania Self-Insurers' Association (PSIA) is excited to announce a significant transformation that reflects our ongoing commitment to representing the interests of all employers and stakeholders involved in Pennsylvania's Workers' Compensation system. Moving forward, PSIA will operate under a new name: the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Coalition (PWCC).
This change marks a new chapter in our organization’s rich history. Established in 1922, the PSIA has been an advocate for self-insured organizations across Pennsylvania, representing their interests and ensuring the improvement and protection of the state's Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
The transformation to PWCC reflects our expanded mission to support all employers and individuals in the Commonwealth's Workers' Compensation system, no longer limited to just self-insured employers. While our name is changing, our dedication to advancing Workers' Compensation issues and advocating for sensible, sound, and fair laws remains steadfast.
